Here's how it works: Position the webbing that comes with product in the center of your counter lung bags, with the bolt snap facing towards your body. When you're ready to use your rebreather, attach the bolt snap to the standard scooter ring on your harness. This allows you to secure your scooter to the new scooter ring, which is much more accessible when using your DPV with onboard O2 and it helps prevent the unit from riding up, ensuring a more comfortable and secure fit.
