**Return Policy**
At Scuba John's Dive Shop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer convenient return, exchange, or repair options.
**General Return Policy:**
- Most items can be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new condition, with original tags, packaging, and manuals, along with your sales receipt.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- SCUBA cylinders: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on tanks.
- Rebreathers, O2 sensors, dive lights and diving scooters with motors cannot be resold once used, similar to driving a new car off the lot. Warranty returns must be sent back to the manufacturer for repairs.
- Diving computers with logged dives.
- Bathing suits, wetsuits, mouthpieces, and snorkels, due to personal hygiene and health reasons, cannot be returned once used or worn. Items that have never been worn or used, and are in their original packaging or have original tags attached, can be returned without issue.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
